About the event

VIDEO TITLE: ROLLER COASTER KFLIX VIDEO CONTEST 2024

OBJECTIVES: Riding on the K-wave trend, the contest campaign aims to boost top of mind awareness of Roller Coaster with Korean-related content. The video will also be posted at our social media page as promotional video.

TARGET AUDIENCE OF ROLLER COASTER:

  • 15 – 24 years old
  • Teenagers & young adults who are active, out-going, fun and adventurous

THEME OF THE VIDEO: Creatively create a K-drama alike video using one of the genre: Action, Comedy, Horror, Romance, Fantasy.

VIDEO CONTEST PERIOD: 4 MARCH 2024 – 31 MARCH 2024

REQUIREMENT OF THE VIDEO:

  • Look & feel of the video must have Korean element that can be from dressing style, make up, or Korean OST background music.
  • Must feature ROLLER COASTER product in the video, can be any variant and any pack.
  • Make have CONSUMPTION SHOT in the video and showcase the yumminess, enjoyment & crunchiness of the product.
  • Dress code: K-Look & Feel, Casual, Young & Modern, BLUE color element in the dress up (e.g. clothes, accessories etc).

DO’S & DON’TS IN THE VIDEO:

  • Ensure CLEAR VISIBILITY of ROLLER COASTER product.
  • Maintain a CLEAN BACKGROUND without any exposure to other brand.
  • DO NOT mention / use / cover competitor or any other brand in the video. (e.g. Mr Potato, Lays, Chipster, Cottage Wise, Super Rings, etc.)

LENGTH OF VIDEO: around 20 – 30 seconds, feature the product within the FIRST 10 SECONDS of the video.

ELIGIBILITY: Open to all enrolled students of SEGi University & Colleges.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Participants must create an original video on the theme of 【ROLLER COASTER KFLIX VIDEO】.
  2. This Contest is open for all SEGi students.
  3. Participants must purchase the free registration ticket in Ticket2u first to complete the registration process.
  4. Participants may submit MORE THAN ONE video and follow as submission requirements.
  5. Participants are required to upload the video by posting on their own personal Instagram or TIKTOK social media accounts (with video in VERTICAL 9:16 FORMAT & at least 1080p RESOLUTION) by tagging @jacknjill_my (on Instagram) and hashtag #ROLLERCOASTERKFLIX, #ROLLERCOASTER, #XTRACrunchiness, #KeepTheFunRolling
  6. All the uploaded videos must set to “PUBLIC” for organizer to view and judge the entry.
  7. After posted the video onto social media, please copy the link to submit in Ticket2u.
  8. Video must be suitable for all audiences and free from offensive, inappropriate, Sexual, Politics, Intellectual Property infringement or harmful content.
  9. Video submitted by the participant should be his/her own ideas and should not be copied from any online/offline platform. In case of any copyright issue occurring during or after the Contest, the participant will be solely responsible.
  10. By entering this Contest, each participant agrees to transfer, surrender his/her rights including moral rights, right of attribution, interest, title, claim, copyright, whatsoever, in terms of the Copyright Act to MunchWorld Marketing Sdn Bhd and SEGi and shall not have any further claim and agree not to contest the rights granted hereunder.
  11. After submitted or nature in and to the work/design/creative (hereinafter referred to as Materials) and that all rights including profits/benefits/commercial value arising there from, shall be the sole and exclusive property of MunchWorld Marketing Sdn Bhd in perpetuity.
  12. By the above covenants, MunchWorld Marketing Sdn Bhd has the right to redesign, produce, sell, display, and publish the corresponding design in any method or in any media whatsoever as it deems fit without further consent required from the participant.
  13. Participants are requested to keep track of the submission date and result announcements.
  14. Participant is strictly restricted to share their videos to any third party or use their videos for any other purpose once submission is done and shall not participate in any other similar contest within the contest period.
  15. The Organiser (MunchWorld Marketing Sdn Bhd & SEGi) shall reserve the right to amend the submission period at any time without prior notice. All submission received after the submission deadline will be null and void and will not be entertain.
  16. Any submission of copy videos will be disqualified.
  17. The Organiser (MunchWorld Marketing Sdn Bhd & SEGi) is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, lost or delayed entries, or any other issues that may affect participation.
  18. The Organiser (MunchWorld Marketing Sdn Bhd & SEGi) reserves the right to amend or terminate the Contest and its terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice.
  19. By participating in the Contest, participant hereby agree to discharge the Organiser (MunchWorld Marketing Sdn Bhd & SEGi) from any and all claims, actions, damages, liabilities cost or demands arising out of or in connection with the making, producing, reproducing, processing, exhibiting, distributing, publishing, transmitting by any means or otherwise using the video submitted by participant.

CONTEST PRIZES:

  • There will be a total of THREE (3) winners selected from valid entries received during the contest period. Winners will each receive the following as prize:

Grand Prize (Worth RM2,900)

  • RM 800 Touch’N’Go ewallet credit
  • 3 months Brand Ambassador (Worth RM2,100)Ambassador must produce monthly for Roller Coaster: Two (2) images post, FOUR (4) reels/short videos with link and FIVE (5) Instagram stories.

1st Prize (Worth RM700)

  • RM 500 Touch’N’Go ewallet credit
  • URMunchy’s products (worth RM200)

2nd Prize (Worth RM400)

  • RM 300 Touch’N’Go ewallet credit
  • URMunchy’s products (worth RM100)
  • Final prizes are awarded “as is” and are strictly non-transferable and non-exchangeable and are accepted by the participant without warranty or guarantee of any kind, whether express or implied. No replacements or extensions will be allowed for expired or lost credits.
  • The prize is accepted entirely at the risk of the winner(s) and the Organiser excludes itself from any expressed or implied warranties in connection with the prize to the extent permitted by law.

ORGANISER RIGHTS:

  1. The decision of MunchWorld Marketing Sdn Bhd & SEGi on the selection of the winner(s) shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
  2. Participant take part in this Contest entirely at their own risk. The Organiser will not be liable to participant for any loss, mishap, injury, damage or accidents to any persons or property whatsoever and any claims, damages or losses thereto arising from their participation or non-participation in the Contest.

JUDGING:

Entries will be judged based on creativity, most views/likes share originality, adherence to the theme, production quality, and overall impact.

  • 20% Most Likes & Shares in the 2 social media platform;
  • 40% from SEGi Management; and
  • 40% from MunchWorld Marketing Management
