Roles & Responsibilities

  • The Academic Consultant is being responsible for the promotion and sales of the courses through telephone

  • Prospecting, qualifying, developing, and securing new student enrolment numbers

  • In charge of assigned market and responsible for achieving revenue targets.

  • Assist in the planning execution of local recruitment and branding events, such as roadshows, open house, and education fairs

  • Follow up on leads through sales visits, email and telephone sales call

  • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.

  • Building and maintaining a customer management database.

  • Explore and develop alternative recruitment channels other than recruitment agent channel

  • Assisting in other duties as assigned by Team Leader

Job Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.


Fresh graduates, young and vibrant candidates are encouraged to apply.

  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated, result oriented and able to work independently.

  • Willing to travel and work beyond normal working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
