According to the company's standard process,
establish a good relationship with paid users through telephone and online communication, and actively provide paid users with periodic one-to-one learning services.
Supervise paid users to learn,provide feedback and suggestions on learning, answerusers' problems in the learningprocess, and help students achievetheir learning goals;
Be responsible for the renewalperformance of paid users and improve the renewal rate of users;
Complete the work plan and monthly renewal sales tasks on time, and maintain the student database;
Improve customer satisfaction and expand customerresources, and promoterecommendation and referral among users;
Regularly participate in meetings and training, completedaily sales reportsand other work;
Complete other work assigned by the supervisor.
Undertake and complete any other tasks in relation to the effective delivery of the job expected of an EducationConsultant as determined and directed by the Companyfrom time to time.
Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
Fresh graduates, young and vibrant candidates are encouraged to apply.
