Description
Provide application and troubleshooting support to end users on Epicor software
Minor Epicor application customizations using C# and report customizations using Crystal Report, BAQ or SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) in Epicor.
In-house applications troubleshooting and support, including debugging and development using Visual Studio, C#, HTML, Bootstrap, Crystal Report etc.
Application and integration support for Concrete supply chain system Integra, including setup new plant.
Miscellaneous IT support: MS Active Directory, Mobile email, PC and printer, RDP and VPN connections, Daily data backup
IT administrations: Process PRs/POs, Collate and process IT related invoices
Requirement
2 to 5 years of working experience in related field
Minimum Degree & above in related field
Willing to work at Kuchai Lama
