Internship Duration:              3 – 6 months

Position Offered:                   Event Assistant

Job Basis:                               Full Time        

Internship Allowance:          RM800.00 – RM1000 per month

Others benefit:                      Additional event allowance, PA Insurance Coverage

Job Task Assigned:

1.     To coordinate event planning & marketing planning eg: exhibition marketing & operation support, roadshows venue sourcing, corporate event management, etc.

2.     To assist on content editing for social media platform across digital advertisement or social media platform.

3.     To assist with day-to-day operation and administrative tasks.

4.     To manage & attend events & exhibitions.

5.     Provide other administration & operation supports.

Job Requirements:

·       Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management/Business Studies/Administration/Management or Marketing.

·       Good in written and speaking in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.

·       Ability to work in diverse work environment, communicate effectively and build relationship inside the organization.

·       Required skill(s): MS Office (word, excel & power point)

·       Preferred skill(s): Good communication, interpersonal skills, endless drive to learn.

·       Willing to learn.

·       Dedicated and committed in performing the task given.
