JOB SUMMARY
In this role, you will be optimizing our group revenue by promoting corporate sales or memberships, organizing events and activities, ensuring satisfaction and improvements through follow ups and identify possible exchanges of services / products that is beneficial to both parties.
You will need high level of public relationship soft skills, ability to identify new business leads and analysis of results to develop new strategies at all times.
DAY TO DAY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee corporate sales & statistics, events and branding activities and relationship management.
• Source and contact prospective customers, identify their needs and collaboration opportunities, and create a dedicated pitch deck for them.
• Liaise with marketing team to create effective advertising campaigns.
• Liaise with operations team to ensure smooth communication on needs and expectations of customers.
• Maintain relationships with key account customers and ensure their needs are met and satisfaction achieved and always looking out for collaboration opportunities with clients.
Generate new business leads through corporate clients needs to improve offerings and always engage in referral benefits for the clients.
• Develop and manage the marketing department's budget and provide insights of ROI.
• Manage value, benefits and satisfaction of members to achieve high perceived value.
Identify untapped markets / customer groups and create targeted campaigns to increase brand awareness and increase market share.
• Constant communication with stakeholders.
• Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
Requirements: -
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's
• Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
• At least 5 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• End-to-end event planning and management experience
• Must be a good team player and possess a good leadership skills and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
