To support sales department, handle customer’s enquiry
To do booking, enquiry rates and sailing schedule from carrier
To do console planning
To co-ordinate with various department to ensure service efficiency that meet’s customer’s expectation
Any other duties as directed by Head of Department (HOD)
Requirement
Able to converse English and Mandarin
Computer literate and able to use MS office
Good interpersonal skills
