RSD Health Care is seeking a highly motivated intern to join our Business Development team. The intern will work closely with the Group Head, Business Development and assist with daily tasks and projects, and will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a supportive environment. The Intern will be based at the Corporate Office, Ara Damansara, Selangor.
JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential targets for mergers and acquisitions.
• Assist in the preparation of financial models, valuation analyses and presentations.
• Help coordinate due diligence processes and assist in the review of legal documentation.
• Participate in team meetings and provide support in project management tasks
• Support Group Head, Business Development in the execution of transactions, including drafting and reviewing transaction-related documents.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, or related fields
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
• Excellent research and report writing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
