Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment tracker report accurately.
Preparation of contracts for new hire, make job offer and conduct briefing on Company background, benefits and Company policies.
Establish good rapport with staff from across the departments.
Coordinate and attend interviews.

Samsung website content update using an internal system.
Improve Samsung website KPI: Help content resolutions (HCR) scores
Distribute CRP voucher & reply to customer complaints in Samsung members channel
Digital service report update by weekly & monthly
Assist in CRP sales data report
