Sin Hing Huat Autocare Sdn Bhd | Management Trainee Programme

Aims to cultivate high potential individuals into future leaders across various functions of the business.


This immersive 12-months program is crafted to provide Management Trainees (MT) with real and comprehensive learning experience, offering a holistic perspective of the business and the interrelationships between different functions across the value chain.


Throughout the program, MTs will undergo rotations across various diverse placements, reporting directly to the assigned supervisors for each rotation. These rotations span various departments, enriching MTs' experience in:


•      Finance & Accounting

•      Trading

•      Sales

•      Operation: Customer success

•      Human Resources

•      ICT & Data

•      Warehouse & Logistics


In addition to departmental exposure, MTs will gain insights into strategic planning, research and development, and quality assurance. This hands-on experience is designed to broaden the skill set and foster cross-functional collaboration, ensuring a panoramic understanding of our organisation’s operations across a diverse range of key areas.


The progression may happen sooner than 12 months if the MTs show the capability to handle a higher role.


Preferred Qualifications:

•      Graduates from any discipline.

•      Candidates with less than 2 years of working experience.

•      Ability to take the initiative and drive for results.

•      Strong time management skills that enable on time project delivery.

•      Able to work well independently and as part of a team.
